At a very tender age, Ohtani joined Mizusawa Pirates and asked to play baseball, not with softball. Ohtani’s coach, Shoji Asari, was quite confident about the unique capabilities Ohtani holds. However, Young Ohtani gave him a dagger-like look.

Ohtani when playing for Mizusawa Pirates left his teammates amazed with his incredible baseball skills. Shoji Asari revealed that Shotime being a left-handed hitter, consistently hit runs over the right field. Interestingly, the ball crossing the right field directly splashes into the river. Asari later added, “ The cost of lost baseballs began to add up“.”So I jokingly told him, ‘Don’t pull your hits, Shohei!’ added Asari. However, Ohtani’s response to his coach was priceless.

This unique skill now has set him on an incredible path in a baseball journey. However, fans have witnessed Angel’s star’s extraordinary skills. Is there something else that sets him apart from the rest?
