Shortly after breaking up with A-Rod, J.Lo got back together with ex-fiancé Ben Affleck. This put him in a difficult position. But reports have confirmed that a business venture helped Alex Rodriguez get through these troubling times.

Makeup brand helped Alex Rodriguez bounce back from breakup

According to reports by Vanity Fair, Rodriguez was left heartbroken by the breakup with J.Lo and found it difficult to recover from it. But a business venture that he did with the telehealth company ‘Hims and Hers’ helped him bounce back from it. According to Vanity Fair in 2021, “Alex is still very sore and in a world of pain. It’s the first time anyone can remember him being dumped like this, at least publicly.” 

But at the time, A-Rod’s partnership with ‘Hims and Hers’ helped him keep his mind off the breakup and focus on himself. He partnered with them to “launch their first “Blur Stick,” a concealer marketed to men to help cover up dark circles, pimples, and razor burn.” Rodriguez had invested $79 million in the company and this was one of the projects he was involved in.

A-Rod has dated other people since his publicized breakup with the popstar. He is currently dating Jaclyn Cordeiro, a fitness instructor he was first seen with earlier this year. The two were first spotted together in October, while on a date in Beverly Hills. The relationship was then confirmed in November by Cordeiro during an Instagram live.

Cordeiro is the second person that A-Rod has dated since breaking up with world-renowned singer, actor and songwriters. Although Rodriguez will still harbor painful memories from the split, Rodriguez has seemingly moved on from it.
