Juan Soto credits his mother’s food for his success

It’s a known fact that athletes need good nutrition in order to excel in the field. Usually, it’s the team’s nutritionist who is responsible for this job. Soto, however, also credits Belkis for providing him with good food when he needed it the most. Soto loves his mother’s food. In an interview, he revealed that although he loved everything she cooked, there was one dish that was his favorite. He revealed as much to Marty Caswell

“It’s got to be the pastelon de platano maduro and the pork ribs…that’s the best things she makes for me.”
