In 2022 Aaron Judge had a historic MLB season, breaking the AL single-season home run record. Besides that, Judge helped lead the New York Yankees to the #1 seed in the AL East. Although the Yankees made it to the American League Championship Series. But they fell short in the ALCS, losing to the eventual World Series winners in the Houston Astros.

Aaron Judge will be looking to build on that historic 2022 season, the question being where he will do it. Judge is currently a free agent and is reportedly speaking to as many teams as possible to find the best fit for him. This has led to widespread speculation as to where Judge might sign. One outfielder even took the chance to try to sway Judge.

San Francisco Giants’ Joc Pederson tries to recruit Aaron Judge

Joc Pederson, an outfielder with the San Francisco Giants, has reportedly tried to recruit Aaron Judge. In an Instagram story that Pederson posted and Jomboy Media shared on Twitter, Pederson appears to be recruiting Judge. In the post, Pederson says “I got 99 problems…winning ain’t one 🏆🏆” referring to his two World Series titles.

Further in the post, Pederson said “We’re ready when you are 99” and tagged Judge in it. This is a not-so-subtle way of trying to get Judge to sign with the Giants. It makes sense though as Judge has been silent on where he might be signing. And that leaves the door open for any team to come in and make an offer.
