‘I Have Nothing to Do With the State of His Marriage’- Madonna Once Fired Back Against Explosive Infidelity Reports of ‘Late Night Visits’ With Yankees Icon Alex Rodriguez

Yankees icon Alex Rodriguez divorced his then-wife Cynthia Rodriguez. It happened because the former baseball player apparently cheated on his then-wife. According to the rumors, he cheated on his wife with none other than the ‘Queen of Pop,’ Madonna.

Cynthia and Alex got married in the year 2002. They separated after six years of the unfortunate events. Later on, Cynthia decided to leave the athlete and move down to Miami with their daughters Ella and Natasha, who were 11 months and 3 years old at the time.

Madonna, however, has declined any accusation of a relationship with the former baseball player. Also, she once fired back that she had nothing to do with A-Rod and Cynthia’s marriage situation.

Alex Rodriguez paid late-night visits to Madonna’s New York apartment?

US Weekly in its cover story, “It’s Over,” reported something that made the singer furious. It said that the former baseball player has paid late-night visits to the pop queen’s apartment. The report was later denied both by the pop star and the athlete. In the cover story, it also got reported that Madonna’s marriage with film director Guy Ritchie was essentially over.

However, denying the late-night visits was not enough. The singer was furious over the comments about her marriage. She released a statement in People’s magazine, and said, “My husband and I are not planning on getting a divorce.”

Further, she said, “I brought my kids to a Yankee game. I am not romantically involved in any way with Alex Rodriguez. I have nothing to do with the state of his marriage.”

The accusations of cheating caused Rodriguez’s marriage to break down. And, the singer was also blamed for the same.
