During the session, Rodriguez said, “I’ll never hire someone at a really high executive level without visiting their home. But a few months after I hired them for this big job, I went to their house, and the house was a slob. It was a mess; it was a disaster. And, if I would’ve visited the house first, I would’ve never hired that person.”
