A former teammate, once teased to be his boyfriend, joined him too, but now Rodriguez is back with his girlfriend.

Fitness guru Jac Cordeiro and fitness-obsessed Alex Rodriguez mesh well together because of their shared interests. And the couple recently got back to one of their favorite activities together – working out.

For almost all of June, the Rodriguez family has been taking a break from the rush of daily life to enjoy some time off in Europe. While the former Yankee still held a few meetings here and there, it was mostly vacation time. But Rodriguez and Cordeiro are among the rare breed of people who would never miss a day of exercise if they could help it.

From yoga to lifting weights, the two shared regular updates on Instagram, even with their limited workout options. Now that the couple is back from the trip, they’re also back to regularly scheduled programming of fitness tips. Cordeiro recently shared a video of herself and Rodriguez that shows the couple on a water body, sitting atop what is presumably a surfboard.
