Players getting angry and arguing on the field is a typical scene that fans often witness in high-tension games. However, what is more reprehensible is to destroy objects to express anger. Generally, fans never support this behavior, and in the case of Manny Machado, they again prove this point.

On Sunday, against the Milwaukee Brewers, the San Diego PadresCry Baby’ performed poorly, and out of frustration, he destroyed items, welcoming brutal criticisms from fans and complete ignorance from teammates.

After the seventh innings, Padres’ third baseman was spotted hitting and breaking a cooler in the dugouts, unleashing his anger. What attracted the attention more was that none really cared about him. No teammate or coach tried to stop him. However, fans didn’t let this opportunity slip and started mocking him on social media.

Machado is famous for his tantrums, and fans have witnessed a few incidents of him throwing tantrums. Back in 2014, then-Orioles player even once hit Derek Norris during a game, showing no concern for him later on. So, following this cooler incident, fans have attacked him brutally.

Fans’ Brutally Mocked Manny Machado

While the sports world is pretty ruthless, fans have been one of the best things players receive. While they support and fight for their favorite players, they criticize brutally when things go wrong. Similarly, after the cooler-breaking incident of Machado, social platforms have overflowed with fans criticizing and mocking him.

Some laughed and mocked him, saying, “A+ temper tantrum.. and he finally made solid contact… with the cooler,” while others got angry and said, “So he never grew up ,,,,What’s new.. Immature baseball player.”

Some went as far as calling him a Cry Baby.

However, the San Diego Padres have been going through a bad season, and bringing up this issue, a fan reacts brutally, calling Padres a national joke.

Another one, recalling the same issue, said he can hit the cooler but not a baseball.
