Recently, the Atlanta Braves has found one of the biggest fans in the House of Cards star Michael Kelly. He received a care package from the Braves. And as a result, from the moment he opened up the package, he’s been fawning over it, making his and the Braves fans cheer for him.

Born in Philadelphia, Kelly was raised right in the heart of Braves’ country in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The prolific actor is one of the biggest fans of the Braves, and he proudly wears the Braves jersey in their rival’s territory, Queens.

Such a big fan recently got awarded the franchise’s care package. Needless to say, the actor was ecstatic when he got the care package; he took to Twitter to show his excitement and shared the video of him opening it. While checking out the box’s contents, he said, “How sick is that… Thank you, Atlanta Braves. This is sick. I’m so pumped. I can’t wait to see you at the stadium.” 

As soon as the actor posted the video of him unboxing the care package, Braves fans started pouring their love for the actor, as “Go Braves” roared on his post.

Despite being born in Philly, Kelly calls Atlanta his hometown and has been a fan of the Braves for as long as he can remember. Thus, while unboxing the care package, he already had an old cap of the Braves on him and was jumping from joy to have another one. Therefore, his excitement about receiving the customized jersey did not go unnoticed by the Braves fans.
