The multimillionaire, after his illustrious career, is able to balance his work and various business commitments along with spending time with his kids and family. Most recently, he shared how he structures his daily routine to maintain that balance, that many find difficult to wrap their heads around.

Since retiring from baseball A-Rod has built a business empire. He started in real estate before branching out into a variety of opportunities. But while doing so, he always made time for his family. Rodriguez shared his routine, giving us a closer look at how he manages his daily life.

A-Rod shared the strict routine that allows him to have a balanced life. He ensures that he gets his exercise, work, and family time all done within reasonable hours. While speaking to Forbes, A-Rod opened up on his daily routine. 

According to Forbes, Rodriguez said, “My office knows I’m very structured and I have a routine. I’m in the office every day, suit and tie 12-6, but from 8-12 that’s my time—that’s when I get to do my cardio or if I want to lift, yoga, sauna, whatever part of my routine is that day. Then I go 12-6, and then I’m home with the girls and my family.”

Among the activities were a dance party on a boat during the rain and a bicycle tour. But Rodriguez and his loved ones have shared social media updates of other activities as well. This was a well-timed vacation as the Yankees legend’s life undergoes many changes.
