2023 has been a difficult year for Aaron Judge. The New York Yankees’ captain has faced multiple setbacks throughout the season, as his team struggled early on in the season. The Bronx side, however, persevered and managed to make a comeback from their bad form. Judge has led the Yankees to some good results lately and has built momentum. Most recently, he revealed the most important aspects that have helped him focus since returning from injury. 

The Bronx Bombers captain suffered a hip injury which had fans worried. But luckily, it was not as serious as first thought and Judge was able to make a quick return. This has helped the team win games as their captain maintained his focus. 

Aaron Judge reveals his secret to focusing after coming back from a hip injury

Injuries are part and parcel of the game. But even a minor injury can disrupt a player’s form. This has not been the case for Aaron Judge as he has been in great touch since returning from a hip injury. Most recently, the Yankees’ captain revealed his secret to staying focused after coming back during a post-game interview. He says that a lot of things help him stay focused. But being in a lineup with Anthony Rizzo behind him in the batting order helps. Furthermore, the most important thing is to hit the balls that come your way. YES Network shared the interview on Twitter.

During the interview, Judge said, “A lot of different things, but uh, I think just being in this lineup. Like I’ve been saying all year, when you got Anthony Rizzo hitting behind you, whose been red hot as well. You’re getting good pitches in the zone, and most important thing is just don’t miss it.”

Since coming back from his hip injury, Aaron Judge has been in great form. But during the Bronx Bombers’ last 7 games, he has been particularly lethal, hitting 7 home runs. Many experts and fans questioned whether he would be able to maintain his MVP form from last year. Judge has answered that question with his batting.
