While praising Jeter, Jordan went down memory lane and remembered his iconic play during the 2001 ALDS Game 3. Jordan credited Jeter for making a better team.

Notably, Jeter had made an incredible flip at the shortstop position to grab the ball and pass it to Jorge Posada to dismiss Jeremy Giambi. This remarkable play by Jeter changed the course of the entire series, And the Yankees won the series by 3-2 against the Athletics.
