The Los Angeles Dodgers are one of the most storied franchises in MLB history. And thanks to their recent success, the Los Angeles-based side carries a large fanbase across Major League Baseball. And on top of that, since the Dodgers are based in the Hollywood city, they are also an epicenter of celebrity fans of a baseball team.

And recently, the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant’s family going for a special tour to Dodger Stadium is proof of the same.

For those unversed, Kobe was a huge Dodgers fan. Even though he is not in the world anymore, his wife Vanessa Bryant and daughter Natalia Bryant paid a visit during the MLB offseason and toured the iconic stadium.

Recently, while helping out “Baby2Baby Foundation [a nonprofit organization],” Vanessa and Natalia  took charge of the holiday distribution event during their visit to Dodger Stadium. Vanessa shared a picture and video of the same on Instagram. In the caption, she said, “Angels in the outfield 💫 💫 @dodgers @baby2baby @nataliabryant 💙”.

In the picture, one can see the two of them posing side-by-side and Natalia wearing a Dodgers cap. While in the video recorded by Vanessa, they can be seen walking across the field as the song ‘Party in the USA’ plays in the background.

The two were there to help distribute basic necessities and toys to children who need them, and were in the spirit of giving back during the holiday season.

The stadium was completely empty apart from the event due to it being the off-season right now. When talking about the Dodgers, the Dave Roberts-led team had a fantastic 2022 regular season but fell short in the postseason. They will be looking to do better in 2023 and maybe challenge for the World Series title.

It’s no secret that Kobe Bryant was a Dodgers fan. The former Los Angeles Lakers legend was a regular at Dodger Stadium. And being the ardent supporter of the team, he made several appearances during their game. Bryant once did what most Dodger fans can only ever dream of. Notably, he threw the ceremonial first pitch at a Dodgers home game in 2000.
