Notably, coming off a poor season in 2021, no one expected the Mets to dominate the 2022 season. But guess what? The Buck Showalter-led team has completely dominated the National League. Taking to Twitter, the Jazz star shared a short video on the microblogging site. In the video, one can see him practicing in the Citi Field. He captioned the video, “Came back like Mike wearing 45.”

MLB insider Anthony DiComo, even confirmed that the Mets star, Francisco Lindor, gifted him a couple of gloves. “Francisco Lindor hooked him up with a pair of batting gloves after this round,” DiComo tweeted.

Can the Mets continue their domination?

Given the current scenario, the Buck Showalter-led team has emerged as the best in the National League. With 42 wins out of 65 games, the Mets are at the top of the NL, while teams like the Dodgers, Padres, and Giants are still fighting for the top spot.
