Per usatoday.com, when asked about whether he knew the future owner of the Timberwolves, Edwards shockingly said that he does not even know who A-Rod was.
“A fan? Who is he?… I don?t know who that is. I know he?s going to be the owner. But I don?t know anything about baseball,? the Timberwolves rookie said.

Reacting to this incident, A-Rod handled it very well. Without creating any fuss, the Yankees legend shared the video on his Instagram story and captioned it, “Hi Anthony, I’m Alex.”
