Baseball fans are excited as the World Baseball Classic is underway. Most recently, a Cuban fan blared a horn during the Cuba-Netherlands game at the WBC, disturbing other supporters. They did it to celebrate a strikeout. FOX Sports: MLB shared a video of the horn being blared on Twitter, dubbing it the strikeout horn.
