Back in 2018, the New York Yankees tied up with high-end retailer brand Gucci and produced merchandise, including jackets, caps, and jeans. Now, Breanna Stewart landed in New York decked in a New York Yankees jacket.

The 2018 WNBA MVP reached Twitter to announce her presence in New York. With a picture of her leaving the car, Steward captioned the post saying, “home.”

The excitement of Stewart’s signing with New York Liberty, coupled with her Pinstripes-Gucci jacket, found the love of various New Yorkers. While some fans expressed excitement about Breanna Stewart’s start for Liberty, others expressed their love for her jacket.
