Since the offseason is a perfect time to work on conditioning the body and getting ready for the next season. The Yankees slugger Giancarlo Stanton seems to be doing just that before launching moonshots in the 2023 MLB regular season.

A Twitter user called Jonny’s Lasagna recently shared a video of Stanton working out this offseason. The Yankee star was seen doing an improvised routine with weights to help with his swing. Although Stanton had an odd 2022 season, he did make the All-Star team for his efforts. The last time he was an All-Star was in 2017. But it was a good sight for fans to see the former MVP working on his body and getting into the best shape possible.

But Stanton wasn’t the only person that struggled this year. When Aaron Judge received criticism for performing poorly in the playoffs, Stanton defended him. Earlier this year, when Aaron Judge was named MVP, he broke a record set by his teammate. And Stanton had nothing but love for Judge.
