Per us.as.com, Brady, Jeter, and Ali share Irish roots. When talking about Jeter in particular, the former Yankee gets his Irish roots from his mother Dorothy Connors, who is Irish-German. Taking to Twitter, even the Irish American Baseball Society approved the same when MLB inducted Jeter into the Hall of Fame.

Something similar is true for Brady and Muhammad, who also have their ancestral backgrounds in Ireland.
