With his latest performance, Aaron Judge ties Alex Rodriguez for a 5th place on a prestigious Yankees list

Hitting multiple home runs in a game is not an easy feat. Most recently, Aaron Judge did it against the Tampa Bay Rays, smashing two big ones out of the park. The Yankees’ captain recorded his 29th multi-home run game, tying Alex Rodriguez for 5th most in franchise history. Judge now trails only 4 other legends in this category, namely Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Lou Gehrig, and Joe DiMaggio. Baseball writer Eric Boland shared this top list on Twitter.

In a Tweet, Boland said, “Aaron Judge’s 29 multi-HR games are tied with Alex Rodriguez for fifth-most multi-HR games in franchise history. Judge trails just Babe Ruth (68), Mickey Mantle (46), Lou Gehrig (43), and Joe DiMaggio (35) in that category.” This is an iconic company for the Yankees’ captain to be in.
