Reigning World Series Champions Houston Astros Receive a Special ‘Utopia’ Surprise From Rapper Travis Scott

It’s an indisputable fact that baseball is America’s favorite pastime. Disregarding its declining popularity, stadiums still see attendance in thousands, with fans cheering for their favorite teams. Some of those fans often include celebrities from different industries. After all, they’re human too and they can only ignore the lure of baseball for so long. Among one of the most famous fans of a popular team is musician Travis Scott, who is a superfan of the Houston Astros.
A long-time admirer of the reigning World Series champs, the 32-year-old is a Houston native. So rooting for his city’s baseball team comes naturally; in fact, he even celebrated the team’s victory over the Philadelphia Phillies last year. And recently, Scott made a special gesture for the current team regarding his new album.

With a discography that boasts three studio albums, Scott has been an eight-time Grammy Award nominee. His chart-topping bops have been the soundtrack on many occasions and he’s ready to bring more music into the world. The eccentric rapper’s much-awaited album comes almost 6 years after the last one in 2018. It’s set to be released in June but before that, the rapper gave a sneak peek at a special audience.

Before the Houston Astros’ latest game, the Sicko Mode singer made an appearance in their locker room. He treated the ballplayers present there to ‘Utopia’ and someone recorded a video of him saying that the album was coming soon.
