Just put him on IL. 0% chance he is back in less than 3 weeks from today. Yankees have to make it a 5 day news cycle story before they just make a decision.

Earlier this week, fans were upset at Judge’s comments after a loss. But now, they want to see him back on the field as soon as possible. The Yankees are truly struggling to build momentum or form early in the season. It will be interesting to see how the team moves forward in the season.
The Yankees need Judge to come back quickly
The Yankees need Judge to avoid a stint on the injured list. Their offense is already struggling without Giancarlo Stanton. In their most recent game, the team was shutout against Texas Rangers and recorded a measly 3 hits. Furthermore, they have a clear lack of outfield options that would be further diminished if Judge goes on the injured list. This team has a truly difficult road ahead as they look to build some momentum.
