Although Ortiz did not say anything wrong, the Red Sox legend owned A-Rod with his words. He complimented the Yankees for making him rich. “I love them. They made me rich (with a laugh),” David Ortiz said.

Unlike Ortiz, A-Rod has not got his Hall of Fame induction. Notably, MLB found him guilty of using steroids to enhance his performance. Hence, the Yankees star got banned for a full season in 2014.

And that might be the main reason he has not got the honor despite having a successful career in Major League Baseball.
