Per MLB.com’s Maria Guardado, Zaidi said, “While we are prohibited from disclosing confidential medical information, as Scott Boras stated publicly, there was a difference of opinion over the results of Carlos’ physical examination. We wish Carlos the best.”

The statement has left fans unhappy with many of them reacting to it negatively. They do not like how the Giants have reacted to the failed Correa deal. Furthermore, many have even said that the Giants have failed this offseason.

But the Giants’ dispute with the All-Star shortstop has allowed the Mets to swoop in and sign him. Despite the medical concerns surrounding Correa, the Mets have offered him a huge deal.
