It has been over five years since Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez bid farewell to the game. But his craze among fans and market value is still the same. Usually, when an athlete takes retirement, they prefer to spend the rest of their lives giving extra time to family and friends. But A-Rod is a different breed.

Per CNBC, the longtime Yankee contributed an enormous amount to the $30 million funding round this year. And now when the PFL is set to organize its playoff games, A-Rod has come up with a sound message to all participants and the PFL fans.

Per a video released by the PFL on Twitter, A-Rod sounded all hyped for the much-awaited PFL playoffs. He shared his experiences of playing playoff games in Major League Baseball. The Yankees legend said winning is the only thing that matters in the playoffs. Per a tweet from the PFL, four fighters will fight for the $1 million championship.

“I know the playoffs. The playoffs mean something. Playoffs make memories. The playoffs define the greatness. The playoffs crown the champions,” Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez said. “Win and advance or lose and go home. In the Professional Fighter League, the playoffs make millionaires. This August, the playoffs are coming to Madison Square Garden.”

Talking about A-Rod’s net worth, he is the wealthiest baseball player. With a net worth of $350 million, Alex ‘A-Rod’ Rodriguez is one of the wealthiest sports personalities in the world. Despite being a sports person, A-Rod knew exactly where to invest his money. And one can see that he is also a successful businessman.
