Per a video roaming on YouTube, the waterfront mansion cost over $32 million. Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez started dating in 2017, and the then-couple bought the mansion in 2020. However, just a year later, A-Rod and Jennifer parted their ways.

“The estate is a stunning example of what Rodriguez likes to spend his millions on. The former couple purchased this Miami waterfront property in 2020 for $32.5 million,” the presenter said in the video.

This expensive mansion is on a 40,000-square-foot property on a man-made island. The home features ten bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. One can see every detail in the video below.

“The 15,000 square foot home sits on a 40,000 square foot lot. It’s located on Star Island, an exclusive man-made island in Biscayne Bay, home to many celebrities. J-Rod’s home features ten bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, an industrial-style chef’s kitchen, a wine room… The second-floor master suite has a sitting room and two large terraces as well,” the presenter further informed.

However, neither Rodriguez nor Lopez lives here. Instead, they had bought the mansion to spend their quality time together.
