Baltimore Orioles have been the Most unpredictable team this season. On their day, they will do impossible to win the game, and when not in the mood, they will also lose the easiest of the game. That has been the story for the Orioles this season.

In a recent game, the Orioles completed a near-impossible comeback to win the game against the Boston Red Sox, that too at the Fenway Park. They stole the victory from the jaws of defeat. And that is the beauty of this game. An MLB team overturning a 6-run deficit does not happen very often. But the Orioles did it. And they did it in style.

At once, the Orioles were trailing 8-2 to the Red Sox and almost lost the game. But the late-innings heroic helped them overcome the deficit and win the game 12-8. Not to forget that the Orioles scored ten runs in the last three innings.

Baltimore Orioles and the Boston Red Sox are fifth and fourth in the AL East 2022 standings, respectively. Both teams are having a poor season in 2022, but the Orioles have upped their game lately. They have been performing as a collective force in the ballpark.

Talking about their sensational comeback win, the Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander expressed that even after being 30-0 down, they would give everything to win the game.

“We could be down 30-0 and we’re still staying positive, still staying in it, trying to compete and come back every time we have a chance to win a ballgame. We stay confident,” Santander said,” We trust in our abilities, we trust in who we are and what we can do.”

Although the Orioles still have four games to play against the Red Sox, they have already played probably their game of the season.

The Orioles manager Brandon Hyde ranked this game as one of the top games in his managerial career.

“It’s definitely one of the top (in his managerial career). I hope that these types of games continue to build confidence in our hitters. I think our guys are recognizing now that there’s no clock in baseball and that you play out 27 outs,” Hyde said.
