The former shortstop retired in 2014 after a legendary career and pursued the business side of baseball after that. He married Hannah Davis, now Jeter, in 2015. The two met in 2012 through a mutual friend. They now have three kids, all girls, of ages 7, 5, and 1. As one can guess from his Instagram posts, the former Captain Clutch is enjoying his time out of the limelight.

Much like most parents, Jeter has also talked about how his life changed after becoming a dad. “If you don’t have children and people are pulling their phone out and showing you pictures of their kid and you really don’t want to see it, but once you turn into a parent, every opportunity you get, you want to show a picture of your child,” he said at a past Fast Company Innovation Festival.

People were delighted over Jeter finally being social media savvy

The former shortstop also finally started his own Instagram and Twitter accounts in May 2022, giving in to the social media craze of the generation. The very first post on his Instagram account was about his family and how everyone was doing well. He was enthusiastically welcomed by a lot of people and his former colleagues.
