Well, it all started with a photo Katia Lindor posted on Instagram that caught Francisco Lindor’s attention, and from there, everything changed. “I messaged her on Instagram,” Lindor said in an interview with the New York Post in 2022. He also shared that their first interaction was through DMs, with a few emojis and questions sparking the conversation. After a few months of texting, he headed to Arizona for spring training, and that’s when he knew she was the one.

Eventually, the couple tied the knot in December 2021, and their first dance was to Andrea Bocelli’s “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” a song that’s held a special place in Katia’s heart since she was a kid. “I grew up listening to Andrea Bocelli and always loved this song,” she recalled from her wedding diary.
