During the podcast, A-Rod said, “I think our strategy in continuing to buy real estate assets. I’ve basically put a pause on everything and we’re sitting back and just watching and seeing where FED goes with interest rates.” He further said, “I think there’s still a disconnect between buyers and sellers. Sellers still think their asset is worth 10 bucks, and we think it’s worth three.”

And, the second is that he sold some of that real estate instead of standing pat. Since then, he has aggressively bought properties in order to make money off them.
