An American journalist and former ESPN analyst, Rich Eisen, shared the reason for skipping the All-Star Game. The host of a daily sports radio show said the reason for missing out on the All-Star Game in Dodgers is to avoid the hassle of LA’s traffic.

Rich Eisen is a Baseball fan

The host of ‘The Rich Eisen Show’ recently talked about skipping the All-Star Game at the Dodgers stadium. The reason behind it is entirely bizarre.

During his show, he said, “Getting in and out of the Dodger Stadium, the nightmare will literally make you rethink every priority in your life.” In addition, he said, “Now it’s a beautiful stadium,.. once you’re there, ‘oh my god’ once you see the backdrop, and you have helmet nachos and the history“.?

He recalled being brought up in Staten Island and watching the games as a kid. Watching the taillights of the cars leaving the stadium made him think, “what type of sports fan would leave a world series game to beat the traffic.” Furthermore, he said, he has now become one of those people.?

He is a fan of the game. But, he’s not going to put himself through LA’s traffic and the mess in the parking lot again.?

Even though the former ESPN analyst considers the All-Star Game pretty great, he’d still listen to the game on the radio. According to him, he was fortunate enough to host the game and be there for them.

Dodger Stadium had the honor of hosting the game this year after quite a long period of time. The midsummer classic’s 2022 winner?is The AL making it nine leagues over The National League. The title of All-Star Game MVP has gone to the number 27 hitter and outfielder for the New York Yankees player, Giancarlo Stanton.
