2023 is going to be tough for the Boston Red Sox, following a disappointing 2022 season. The team won only 78 games, finishing last in the AL East. Furthermore, they played some of their worst baseball in recent years, looking like one of MLB’s worst teams. But this wasn’t the case just 5 years ago when the Red Sox won the 2018 World Series.

The team has changed a lot since then, with many of its stars leaving or being traded away. Most recently, three of their stars from the 2018 World Series were pictured together during a Spring Training game. This caused Red Sox fans to lament.
