After being riddled with a rather indifferent update on captain Aaron Judge, a ray of sunshine has finally put a smile on the faces of Yankees fans. Even though captain Aaron Judge is one of the most important players of the Yanks, his being on the injured list for over two weeks has the fans lost almost all hope. However, things are finally starting to take a turn for good. It is because a positive update on their $162 million ace, Carlos Rodon, finally came.

Rodon signed with the Bronx Bombers in the 2022 off-season. But so far, because of his injury, he hasn’t played a single game. But according to a recent update on the star ace has fans hoping for a good rest of the season.

The Yankees have not been able to play up to their potential in the last couple of years. Considering the number of injured players, this year was no different either. Aside from Judge, Rodon’s signing to the Bronx Bombers was one of the biggest news for the fans in the offseason. His ability as an ace had countless fans in anticipation of the season going in their favor. But it soon changed when Rodon went on the injured list before playing even one game. But things are finally looking good for the Yankees.

Esteemed reporter of the Yankees, Bryan Hoch, gave an update on how Carlos is doing. On his Twitter handle, he posted, “Carlos Rodon threw 42 pitches (27 strikes) over three innings of one-run ball for Double-A Somerset in his Yankees regular-season org. debut. During the same, he managed to get five strikeouts.” Furthermore, being back on the mound also has the ace feeling good

He said, “It was just good to be back out there. It’s just building back up and trying to get back to Yankee Stadium.” How well the $162 million ace Carlos Rodon turns out on the mound of Yankee Stadium is yet to be known. For now, the fans are hoping to see the team move up from the third position in their division.

Fans are thrilled for their ace!

Initially, Judge went on the IL for ten days. But so far, there is no concrete date set for his return. Because of this, a positive update by Boone on his recovery had little to no effect on the fans. But it is not the same for Rodon. They are thrilled to learn about Rodon and are in anticipation of his return.
