Pop culture enthusiasts remember Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez well. After all, the couple only split up two years ago after a long relationship. J-Lo is a musical icon who has also established a name for herself in the acting industry. At the same time, A-Rod is a celebrated baseball player whose contract reflected his worth on any team during his active years. They both had millions of fans that only multiplied in number when they were reported to be dating. But there was trouble in paradise.

Rodriguez and Lopez decided to go their separate ways in 2021 after a prolonged engagement that never seemed to end in marriage. Soon after, reports said the singer had decided to get back together with actor Ben Affleck. The couple is still going strong, and J-Lo even recently paid tribute to Affleck on social media. Although Rodriguez has moved forward, he finds solace in nostalgia by visiting a place that holds special significance for the latter couple.

However, he has moved on to a healthier version of himself in the time since. Currently, he’s dating fitness expert Jac Cordeiro and touring Europe with her, his family, and friends. 

After Croatia and Switzerland, the Rodriguez clan landed in Lake Como, the destination Lopez and Affleck went to for their honeymoon. The gorgeous resort area is a popular destination for Hollywood celebrities with its dramatic scenery. In August 2022, Lopez and Affleck also famously visited the lake for a wedding honeymoon. Now, it’s Rodriguez’s turn.

Some fans are wondering if Rodriguez and Cordeiro are planning to take the next step in their relationship. Some think it’s a clap back aimed at Lopez.

Jennifer upheld the same tradition on Father’s Day

Anyone who knows Alex Rodriguez knows how much of a proud father he is. Anyone who has ever listened to an interview of him discussing anything from baseball to business knows that his daughters get a special mention each time. Even his social media bio reads “Proud father of 2” when he could have added any of his substantial achievements in life.

Once upon a time, Lopez used to praise him for his parenting skills. Now the honor belongs to Affleck, who is a father of three kids and a stepfather to Lopez’s twins. The singer recently posted a bunch of pictures and videos for Father’s Day, calling it an ‘appreciation post’ for the actor.
