Tom Brady, while talking about Pujols and Judge’s consistency, said, “What you’re seeing from a guy like Albert Pujols and Aaron Judge is exceptional talent and consistency over a period of time. And that is something that’s a life long pursuit. It’s not something that just happens overnight.”

Brady goes on to compare his and Pujols’ age, as they’re both above 40 and still playing their sports. He said, “And a guy like Albert Pujols, who I’ve always loved watching. What a great player he is. What he’s done, over the course of his career, he’s been unbelievable. It’s been a privilege to watch him play because he’s playing at the highest possible level, over years and years and years and there’s just so much that goes into it.”

He continues to add, “Because I’ve been doing it for a long time, I have a great appreciation for it. I know the commitment it takes, and its a hard thing to do.”

Aaron Judge made his Yankee debut in 2016 and won the Home Run Derby in 2017. Similarly, he repeated the same feat in 2022 and has already smashed 60 home runs. Now, he’s only one homer away from Roger Maris’ 61. To date, Roger Maris holds the record of smashing the most homers in a single American League season – 61 in ’61.
