As per knowledge among the fans of the iconic duo, Derek Jeter and Eli Manning recently had an interview session. Jeter was the special guest to have graced a new episode of the Eli Manning Show. The two popular athletes revisited their golden past. Therefore, at one point, Eli posed a tricky question to Jeter.

Speaking to Jeter, Eli said, “I’m going to grab a card. I’m gonna ask you a question. I might answer it also then we will flip it off. So here we go: What do you consider the most iconic moment in your uniform? This is tough, right? This is not an easy show to come on.”

Jeter replied to the query, saying, “When you win, that’s it. It’s all about the win. It’s one great thing about the Yankee organization. They don’t care about your personal statistics. They care about whether or not you win. So you know, being the last team standing. You know how it feels. Nothing better than that.”

What made Derek Jeter an outstanding figure in the MLB realm? 

Jeter began his honorable MLB legacy with the Yankees in 1995 and played until 2014. In the meantime, while amassing milestones, he became a 14-time All-Star player with five World Series championships. He bid farewell to his playing tenure with 260 home runs and 3,465 total hits, averaging 0.310. Receiving due respect for his enrichment of the sport, Jeter got a jersey retirement and Hall of Fame induction.
