The South Korean is eager to maintain his 100 percent finishing rate on the global stage, and a win against the Chinese megastar will help him earn a shot for the ONE Featherweight World Title. Thanh Le, the division’s titleholder, will face Garry “The Lion Killer” Tonon at ONE X, ONE Championship’s 10th-anniversary event, at some point this year.

ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Championship Semifinals

Before these two Asian warriors light up the Circle, four of the most fearsome strikers trade leather to book a spot in the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Championship Final.

The first semifinal showdown pits #3-ranked Sitthichai “Killer Kid” Sitsongpeenong and Georgian striker Davit Kiria against one another. Meanwhile, the second tie of the tournament sees top-ranked featherweight kickboxing contender Marat Grigorian face #4-ranked Chingiz “Chinga” Allazov.

Fans can expect nothing short of intense performances as both bouts complete a trilogy among the fighters involved.

Other exciting fights to look out for

Two more epic tilts complete the six-match main card of ONE: ONLY THE BRAVE. Kyrgyzstan’s Ruslan “Snow Leopard” Emilbek Uulu battles “The Warrior” Zhang Lipeng in a lightweight mixed martial arts contest, while Rade Opacic slugs it out with Francesko Xhaja in a heavyweight kickboxing showdown.

The lead card of the spectacle sees two additional ONE Super Series contests and four mixed martial arts contests. Anderson “Braddock” Silva, Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam, Hiroyuki “Japanese Beast” Tetsuka, and Tatsumitsu “The Sweeper” Wada are among those competing.

Headlining the lead card is #3-ranked strawweight Jarred “The Monkey God” Brooks. The 28-year-old American takes on Japanese star Hiroba Minowa.
