Conor McGregor last fought inside the octagon in January of this year. Ever since then the Irish superstar has announced his retirement from the sport. However, McGregor is still very much a fan of the game and often lends his support towards athletes before a big event. ‘The Notorious’ also often showers praise on the athletes after an amazing fight.

The same was the case as Conor McGregor took to Instagram to promote his Irish Whiskey proper No.12, while also showing his support for the fighters fighting tonight. In particular, ‘The Last Stylebender’.

In his recent Instagram post, McGregor said, “What’s up all you proper animals. Tonight is fight night. No matter who you got, make sure you’ve got a lot of proper no 12 to share with you and your friends. And support these great athletes that are going to entertain us. Aways respect the fighters in there. So thank you for the support”

In the post, Conor went on to lend his support to fellow Paradigm sport management athlete Israel Adesanya. The post said, “This has a fight of the year potential, and will be a legendary main event. I’m pulling for you brother.”

The second slide of the post showed a poster for the upcoming fight between Manny Pacquiao and Conor McGregor himself. “Saudi Arabia, Winter 2020” the post said. The Irish superstar had recently announced that he would fight boxing legend, Manny Pacquiao. Though the fight has not been confirmed, both men have previously expressed interest in fighting each other. The fact that they’re both managed by the same company will make it easy to get a fight made.

As for fellow Paradigm sport management star, Israel Adesanya he will aim to defend his belt for the second time. ‘Izzy‘ is 19-0 in his professional MMA career and will aim to make it 20-0 against Costa. This, however, will not be easy given that the 13-0 ‘Borrachinha‘ will be arguably his toughest test to date.
