In an interview, ‘Iron’ had revealed that his wife always wanted to adopt a child. He explained how the earlier experience of Willet with orphan kids was a major motivation behind adopting a child.

In 2017, they adopted a 9-month-old child. Initially, Chandler wanted a 6-month-old child but later, thinking of it as God’s wish, they went on to adopt the boy. They named him Hap Whitaker and recently celebrated his 4th birthday.

It’s a matchup of different worlds altogether, but they remain strong still after so many years. Chandler will require his biggest fans to motivate him further as he sets up to take on the biggest fight of his career soon.
