Former UFC interim welterweight champion Colby Covington is never far away from having a verbal spat with his fellow UFC fighters. Recently, he had fired shots on Brian Ortega and Alexander Volkanovski after the duo were assigned as the TUF season 29 coaches.
‘Chaos’ was rumored to play a part in the show before the UFC went on with Ortega and Volkanovski. Talking about the same, Covington had taken a dig on them and had said they won’t be successful.

The duo didn’t take this lightly and recently responded to ‘Chaos’, with Volkanovski asking him to not cry upon losing a chance to coach on the show and get himself in to title fight.
Covington was made aware of these comments in his recent interview with MMA Junkie. The American again brought up a verbal assault on the duo.
“My response to the comments you know, first of (all), I don’t speak with midgets,” he said. “I can’t really speak with midgets and communicate with them clearly.”
He then brought up Ortega’s failed drug test history and targeted him over the same. Covington then explained his version of ‘T’, which comes in the nickname of Ortega. “‘T’ stands for triggered, he is triggered you know, by his tweet he showed me I was right,” he said.
The American then went on and said he was more worthy and should have got the show. “I was the one that should have been given the show and I would have made the ratings on that show.” He further said they are using his name for headlines.
On Volkanovski, ‘Chaos’ called him a worthless society and termed him little shrimp.
