Needless to say, Cejudo is looking at a title shot at the featherweight division. Cejudo has called out Alexander Volkanovski on multiple occasions.

Should Cejudo get an opportunity to fight for the title and triumph over the Australian fighter, he will become the first fighter to hold championship belts across 3 divisions.

As things stand today, Cejudo is retired and Petr Yan stands as the new bantamweight champion of the world. However, if Cody Garbrandt can reclaim his bantamweight gold, things could get interesting. While fight fans believe that Cejudo will return, it seems unlikely for the time being.
