Jake Paul and Ben Askren will fight each other on April 17. Recently both men came together for the official press conference of the match.

The conference was an interesting event where both fighters ended up taking various shots at each other.

Jake Paul takes shots at Dana White?

The fighters did not shy away from dissing each other, Jake took shots at Askren for his not so effective striking power and his loss against Masvidal.

But Paul didn’t just stop there- he even commented on Dana White, saying that the UFC president is among the many critics that don’t believe in him and he would prove all of them wrong on April 17.

Paul said, ” Dana White doesn’t talk about really anything besides the UFC. So just goes to show how big of an event this is.” 

Dana White had recently bet a million dollars on Ben Askren winning the fight against Jake Paul. While in conversation, Paul said,” And again he is one of the people out there who doesn’t understand that Jake Paul is a real fighter and you know he is gonna lose a million dollars.”

How did the fight happen?

The fight is all set to be a major event. It sets Ben who is a veteran MMA fighter and Jake Paul who has had just two professional fights face to face.

Ben and Askren have completely different styles, which would make this fight interesting to watch.

One of Ben’s most memorable moments in the UFC is something he must not be proud of, it is Ben’s 5 second loss to Masvidal.

Paul was quick to talk about that, saying that even a grandma could hit harder than the retired MMA veteran. Paul also called out Dana White, asking him to put his money where his mouth is and upping the bet to 2 million dollars.

Snoop Dog, Triller and many other are supporting Jake Paul, they also called Dana White out. “We’re calling Dana White out officially, Triller, Snoop Dogg, me, and Bobby Sarnevesht will bet $10 million that Jake will win.”

Whether Dana White responds to them is yet to be seen, but one thing is for sure- the match and especially all the build up leading up to the match is going to be really entertaining.
