For the controversial YouTuber Jake Paul, there is no such thing as bad publicity. ‘The Problem Child’ has been in the news for the wrong reasons ever since his fight with Ben Askren. Since his stunning win, Paul has fired shots at everyone from UFC President Dana White, to welterweight champion Kamaru Usman.

Paul also almost got into an altercation with former two-division champion Daniel Cormier at UFC 261. While all the attention does not paint Paul in a good light, it translates to dollars for him the next time he fights as more people are interested in him getting knocked out.

Multiple UFC fighters have come forward and put their name in the mix to take on the younger Paul brother. Most recently, it is featherweight Giga Chikadze.

Giga Chikadze joins a long list of fighters who want to get into a ring with Jake Paul

‘The Problem Child’ put out a tweet earlier today stating, “A month ago every MMA fighter was like I’ll box Jake Paul and beat the f**k out of him. Now everyone is like, I’ll fight him but it has to be MMA, it’s the only real fight!”

Chikadze replied, “LOL! I’m 145-er and can beat you in Boxing, Kickboxing or MMA in any weight devision! #ForFREE @ufc @danawhite @AliAbdelaziz00 @espnmma”

It is very unlikely that Paul fights an active UFC fighter anytime soon, given that it would need the go-ahead from Dana White. A fight against ‘Ninja’ is even less likely, as he is not a big name in the sport yet.

In his last fight, Ninja’ proved that he is one of the best strikers in the featherweight division. Chikadze secured an impressive stoppage win against veteran Cub Swanson to extend his win streak to 8-0. In the post-fight interview, he stated that he would like to face Max Holloway next or Calvin Kattar.

Holloway’s next fight is most definitely for a title shot. Therefore, a fight against Chikadze is not something that will happen. Kattar on the other hand is serving a six-month suspension following his war against Holloway in January.

Therefore, a fight against the likes of Arnold Allen, or Jeremy Stephens seems more likely for Chikadze.
