After calling it a day last year at UFC 254, Khabib has been spending time outside the octagon, getting involved in multiple business ventures. ‘The Eagle’ is now involved in everything from telecom to protein bars and an MMA organization.

It was recently reported that Khabib bought the Gorilla Fighting Championships and renamed it Eagle Fighting Championship. The Dagestani fighter hopes that the EFC acts as a gateway for talent to the UFC, and hopes to be a feeder league to the UFC.

He said, “In these days, when the situation in the world complicates the life of many companies, we are proud to thank our reliable and loyal partners. From the first day of the announcement of my acquisition of @eaglefcmma, they have been at the forefront of our promotion. Thank you very much, I am very glad to our cooperation. Will Khabib Nurmagomedov see something spectacular at UFC 257?

The Dagestani fighter, in his meeting with Dana White, said he is still undecided about his future. However, if he were to see something spectacular at UFC 257, he would return to the sport for one last fight.

The likes of Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier, Michael Chandler, and Dan Hooker are all capable of producing spectacular moments inside the cage and have done so in the past. The big question here is who will stand out on Saturday night with their performance and make ‘The Eagle’ want to come back for one last fight.
