The UFC continues to put on amazing fights as it edges towards the end of the year. The same holds as the promotion has booked Curtis Blaydes vs Derrick Lewis to headline UFC Vegas 15 in a behemoth of a heavyweight clash. The fight will be the last of five events for November.
‘The Black Beast’ vs ‘Razor’ will be a fight with massive implications on the heavyweight division. Curtis Blaydes and Derrick Lewis are ranked second and fourth respectively in the UFC’s heavyweight division. The winner will set themselves up for a shot at the title.

The UFC confirmed the fight between the two men a few hours ago. While there had been speculation early on in the year that the two men would fight in November, the date and venue was unknown. However, everything has been set in stone.

The fight will most likely not go the distance, as both men have incredibly heavy hands. ‘Razor’ has secured 71% of his wins via T/KO while ‘The Black Beast’ has secured a staggering 79% of his wins via TKO.

Francis Ngannou is next in line for the title shot and is the undisputed number one contender. However, his fight with Stipe is not fixed at the moment.
The black beast is currently on a three-fight win streak, with wins over Ivanov, Latifi and Oleynik. A win against Curtis Blaydes is sure to put him in a prime position for the second title shot in his career.

Since his loss to Francis Ngannou in November 2018, ‘Razor’ has been a man on a mission. He has won four on the trot. Now, a win against Lewis will put him in prime position to fight for the title.
