He added, “You have two guys who are a little, psychologically, a little more hesitant, but Poirier has the big-time advantage.”

Dustin Poirier vs Conor McGregor- The battle of equals
Poirier’s (27-6) and McGregor’s (22-5) history goes a long way. They first collided at UFC 178 in 2014 in a featherweight clash. ‘The Notorious’ got the better of Poirier in the first round, picking up an impressive KO victory.
Poirier then waited for almost 7 years to avenge his loss. His moment arrived when the two again clashed at UFC 257, where he humbled McGregor en route to his second-round TKO win. The TKO defeat was the first-of-its-kind loss for McGregor.
