The co-main event at UFC 258 saw #10 ranked Maycee Barber take on #15 ranked Alexa Grasso in what was a crucial fight in the women’s flyweight division.
Given her stunning record, Barber was touted as the future of the flyweight division. She was on an eight-fight win streak before suffering the first loss of her career against Roxanne Modafferi last January.
Therefore, the big question going into the fight was how ‘The Future’ would handle the first loss of her career and if she could bounce back to secure a win against a tough adversary in Grasso.
