Colby Covington and Kamaru Usman are perhaps the most evenly matched fighters in the UFC’s welterweight division at the moment. The two men went toe-to-toe in an epic title fight at UFC 245 in December 2019. Dana White has stated on multiple occasions that it was one of the best fights he had ever seen. And in a few weeks from today, ‘Chaos’ and ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ will be able to run it back once again.
‘Chaos’ continued, “And the only reason they have to take it is because the UFC gave him no choice. They said, hey you fight this fight, or we just strip you. It is one or the other, you gotta come out and prove you’re the best in the world. There needs to be no controversy surrounding this fight. So it’s been tough.”
