VIDEO: Conor McGregor Shows Off Insane Dancing Skills to Santana Song

Conor McGregor had his calves completely pierced up by Dustin Poirier when the pair met in the main event of UFC 257. It was a phenomenal performance by Poirier, who debilitated Conor with repeated calf kicks. Conor has since said that the kicks did most of the damage leading into the fight-ending sequence.

However, it seems things are healing faster than most people expected. Conor posted a video of himself dancing to his Instagram story, showing that his calves are obviously doing better. It was to the song Maria Maria by Santana, and Conor didn’t shy away from showing his moves off in the video.

The former double champion has struggled in a lot of combat sports endeavors in his recent career. He has won only one fight since 2016, which came against ‘Cowboy’ Cerrone in early 2020. He didn’t fight in 2019 at all and lost in his only bout in 2018 against Khabib Nurmagomedov. Everyone is hoping to get an active 2021 from Conor, especially with the current state of the 155-pound division.

Conor McGregor cannot waltz into a title shot right now. While he could because he is who he is, it won’t be believable to buy Conor as a world title contender when Poirier just beat him. He has to take a fight against someone else before he can get a title shot, but who could the opponent be?

Tony Ferguson is one of the most talked-about names. Ferguson is a top-tier lightweight who has found himself in a rough patch after two losses at the hands of Justin Gaethje and Charles Oliveira. If Ferguson doesn’t interest Conor, could he complete the Nate Diaz trilogy at Lightweight?
