New April update for Monster Hunter Rise

Capcom has announced that the game will have free updates during its lifespan. The developers announced that these updates will increase the Monster roster size with more creatures and introduce more elements. The April update will introduce Chameleos, an Elder Dragon introduced in Monster Hunter 2. They can camouflage themselves because of the electric currents that pass through the dragon’s body. The creature’s breath can also weaken the player’s visibility.

Joining Chameleos in the 2.0 April update will be Apex Rathalos. Rathalos is one of the franchise’s most well-known monsters, and it is also one of the game’s best wyverns. They are great flying creatures that can easily attack players from the sky by throwing fireballs. They can also hit players with their talons, which are poisonous.

In the Monster Hunter franchise, players and creatures can get affected by the poisonous disease known as the Frenzy Virus. Monsters infected with this Virus receive heightened aggression, rage, speed and strength. This makes them highly dangerous and harder to kill.

Monsters who can overcome this virus and control these abilities on their volition reach the Apex state. This makes them much more brutal and very difficult to kill. Creatures such as the Devilijho, Diablos and Gravios have all reached the Apex State in previous Monster Hunter games. But this will be the first time, the flying Rathalos will be part of the Apex Monsters group.
